Finnish Tenants is a nationwide advocate and advisor for tenants and right-of-occupancy residents. As our member you get free-of-charge advice and can use our member services as well as take part in our member activities.

Do you have questions regarding rental or right-of-occupancy living? Our advice number is open on Mondays from 8.30 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 6 pm. From Tuesday to Thursday from 8.30 am to 1.30 pm.

While reading minister Mykkänen’s article in Vuokralaiset ry's Asuntomme magazine 4/2023, you can’t help but think that the government’s ideological goal is to show that ARA-living isn’t an ideal living solution, and that they somehow wish to grind down on renters.
This is shown plainly through the budget cuts they are making into social security whilst giving tax reliefs to the wealthy.
